Arsenal's Freddie Ljungberg has revealed Chelsea have been The Gunners' main rivals over recent seasons due to Tottenham's lowly league position.

With Spurs often fighting battles at the wrong end of the table, the Swede believes the rivalry between the North Londoners has not been as prominent.

However, it has been a reversal of fortune this term with Spurs ahead of Arsenal in The Premiership leading the chase for fourth spot.

HAHAHA! What un uneducated ****! What the hell does the last few seasons have to do with it? Learn your bloody history Freddie please.

We are talking about one of the dumbest players in the league. I know a few people who are advise him and they say that he gives the word "vacant" a bad name!

He gives the word vacant a bad name, yes. He also gives the term "Goddamn FAGGOT" a bad name as well.

Its true though. Arsenal have had no reason to fear us for years. Rivals are people who you are competing with. We haven't been competition for Arsenal for a long time.

No! Rivals are local teams that shouldn't really be locals and should be rivals with Charlton instead!

Freddie Ljumberg's comments show just how much passion, history and rivalry has been lost from the game due to the amount of foreigners flooding the premiership so in a round-about-way arsenal have and are ruining football lol.

They've been doing that for the best part of a century, so they have. My Dad's a Scot and takes little interest in the English game but I remember something he said a few years ago

"I always hated Arsenal, even before I moved to London - they were always a bunch of public school boys trying to play the working man's sport with no understanding of what it meant"
