should be an easy win on saturday , so go for 3or 4 nil , croatia bit tougher but can see us take a 1-0 victory .

hopefully a settled side that plays in both games

saying that i havent seen the availability or the squad .
i would leave lamps , ferdy on the bench , they have both taken on an air of undropability( is that a word ? ) and need to be shaken up a bit .
would have picked aj if he was fit ahead of bent though its a tough call to leave out crouch as he has done nothing wrong for england. like to give gerrard the freedom in the middle without having to accomodate lampard .
i think richardson a more explosive player than downing
also wanted to give parker a shot , but he is in the gerrard , lampard mode for me and i think swp gives a more varied option

Yeh! we should cruise thru the next two games, Looks like Venners maybe influensing the team set up advising McClaren to go with a 3-5-2 formation because of the absense of Hargreaves. It should work think Carrick will play the holding role, Venners is an attack minded coach so if McClaren buy's it i think we could see a glutfull of goals in both games.

yeah would like to think we shud get a few at home , maybe a good shout for dropping rooney and starting with bent and crouch , rooney not really on his game from what i have seen .
