So Rafa has accused Real Madrid of trying to unsettle Stevie G by declaring that they want to sign him. I think Mr. Benitez has a small memory span as only a couple of weeks ago he said Spurs were “desperate to sell Defoe” and he would be interested in buying a striker “who is 23, has great pace and can finish”. That’s a bit two faced as he can talk about players he wants, which intern will unsettle them, but no one is allowed to talk about his precious players. My advice to the Liverpool manager is, don’t do to others you don’t want done to yourself. I used to have a lot of respect for him for what he has achieved at Valencia and with Liverpool but now I just don’t like him.
