he played ok but man of the match?! I know we have a low opinion of him but he was no better than others thatt played today. Why is it that when he was for once not the worst player on the pitch he suddenly becomes a world beater?!

This should really be recorded in the form of MOM awards.

I.E.

1 - Bale, Crouch etc

It will look more rational when players have more than one. I wouldn't include Sandro in the CC as we didn't play a full side. Until I read the Twente winner, I hadn't realise The Invisible Man was playing for us.

I agree but everyone moaned at the end of the season, so people just want one winner from one game.
