Delighted for france they got what they deserved, losing to south africa and finishing bottom of their group. In addition their manager has to be the biggest douche ever.

My girlfriend is Irish and was chuffed when they went out! Never seen her get so pleased about anything football. The manager too not shaking hands, what a tit. Funnily enough the last manager I remember not shaking hands was arse wenger.... must be a French thing!

I couldn't have wished for their world cup to go any worse. They were an embarassment and a disgrace in every way possible, capped of course by Domenech's childish refusal to shake Pareira's hand. I couldn't be happier about their abject failure. :001_smile:

It's really disgraceful when you consider what they had to resort to in order to even qualify, knowing that Ireland would have done so much better and played with so much more passion. Okay they may have still struggled against Uruguay and Mexico but they would have done themselves proud, and who knows they may have progressed.
