Iaquinta, 30, is set to quit Juventus after the World Cup.
And Andrea D'Amico said: "He could be making a new life for himself in England with Tottenham."
This would be a quality signing, would love to Iaquinta at the lane :ciao:

Never really stood out that much for me. He's normally just a squad player for club and country as well. Don't think he's much better than what we have at all. Crouch, Defoe, Pav and Robbie all have far superior goal scoring records.

not any better than what we have got already.
dont think that he will have any kind of impact that we are looking for.

Not a good idea in my opinion. Never been convinced by Serie A strikers in the Premier League.

i dont think he is THE centre forward we need to kick us on a bit but i certainly wouldnt be disappointed with him. i think he is someone who is more suited to the PL than a lot of other foreign strikers we've been linked with and while his scoring record isnt the best lets not forget he is a regular for Juve and is a world cup winner.

I haven't seen the guy play but I naturally feel very disappointed with this news.

I wouldn't, he's shit in the Prem and £20m for a 30 y/o is bonkers.
As for Italian strikers in the Prem though... Zola anyone?

Would he be shit in the prem again? Look at his goal scoring record and that shows he is a completely different player this time round. He has matured and obviously got better.
He is a top player imo and in his prime.
