'Lanky streak of piss' Crouch apologised to forum member Ginolas son last night for being on the pitch to score the crucial goal that saw Spurs qualify for the Champions League.
Crouch stated 'I know about the haters but I dedicate the goal to Ginolas son, I didn't score 30 goals this season but I hope this makes up for it'.

Did I really call him a lanky streak of piss? Because I do like Crouch as a person even if I do believe he lacks a lot of tools a top striker should have
but he was magnificent last night and I'm very happy to apologise to Crouchy

A lot more posters should be eating their words: T, Choda, Denis-cro....
As I said before, Liverpool qualified for CL with Crouch. Now, Crouch has again qualified but Liverpool haven't.

Crouch is always an asset and was a fantastic one last night
Would have preferred less balls to his head and more play but once again not his fault and everything he done was brilliant except missing couple of headers

Everything that has been lacking from Crouch - first touch, composure, strength, winning headers - was there yesterday, he was absolutely brilliant, better than I thought he could ever be. The header at Fulop was disgustingly poor but his performance was just so good that you have to forgive him.

I argued long and hard for ages on here how important Crouch's contribution was to us this season and how he should be starting games which are suited to him.
No doubt though - last night was his best performance in a Spurs shirt.

That dribble where he used the same skill to beat three men in a row was mesmerizing delighted for the guy he always puts in a good shift for us and i hope to see him terrorizing plenty of international defences at the world cup. Hes a cracking asset to have coming off the bench for the champions league foreign players have no answer to him hence his stunning goal ratio for england and i remember him banging them in for pool in the champions league a few years ago.
