Amazing European journey for them. Roy Hodgson has utterly transformed them, and I'm especially impressed with Danny Murphy and Simon Davies this season. How did Danny not get any games for us?!
Anyway, hope they go on and win it, but they'll face the toughest test against Atletico.

As fan who has only seen little glimpses of success, I'm so proud that Fulham have had a triffic season. I wish they win the competition and I've said this a while ago also.
I've always had a soft spot for them, just a brilliant old fashion club who hang on to their great tradition.
Roy Hodgson is a sweatheart, so respectful and one of the best managers around who needed this second chance as a coach.
They deserve to win this trophy, it won't be easy but I will be cheering for them and fingers crossed they can do it!!!

It is a magnificent achievement and surely only the most brainless, bitter and twisted Chelsea fan (although that narrows it down to around 40,000) will not be supporting Fulham in the final.
For Fulham to have defeated Shaktar,Juve and now Hamburg means that whilst Athletico Madrid are a severe test,Fulham have clearly adapted to European football and maybe it is down to the European managerial experience of Roy Hodgson that has seen them play in the style of European football regulars.
The very, very, best of luck to Fulham in the final.

come on fulham.
anyone else think that hodgson should get manager of the season for this season.
if harry had got us to the fa cup final then i think he would have been a serious contender if not winner but i think hodgson will shade this one.

Yea, excellent. Chuffed for Roy Hodgson too, very good coach and a gentleman. The type of man you wish was in charge at all the other clubs. He behaves like a proper human being.
Could never understand how Jenas got ahead of Murphy. Yet another better player we let go for JJ.

Yes, I think so. Limited budget, no real what you'd call star names, just a hard working team who have battled very hard to get where they are.
I must say though, I don't like this talk of future England manager. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see him get it one day but why even talk about it and raise the subject just before a world cup? Annoys me so much! Sorry if anyone hadn't heard this being said, it was on sky sports!

Bought a lot of decent players too though. I can tell Duff you is still a technically excellent player and match winner. I said that last summer because I had seen him playing well for Ireland. He's lost a yard of pace, but he's still a class player, not world class anymore but a top player.
Key signing to pushing up a level as is Zamora's new lease of life.
Murphy has always been a good player for me, passes the ball well knows how to play central midfield. Dempsey is a really useful lad, and match winner. Zamora is talented and finally showing how good he can be. Hangeland was a great purchase, a very strong defender. It goes on, he's just done everything right since he's been there.
And they are organised and coached in the right way to play.
