yeh throughout the season Id agree with it.

Sure our boys come close, but the beauty of Spurs is that we are a team /squad of performers, not a team of a couple of stars and the rest are also rans, for that reason its hard for them to put one of our boys in.
I mean Bale v Evra, but then Bale hasnt played all season and doesnt play at LB much, so Evra has to win that.
Fletcher V Hudd, Wilson IMO no contest to be honest, but thats more because our midfield is one strong unit rather than sums of individuals.
Lennon V Milner ok close close call , Milner does win in though , Lennon getting injured may have swayed it e while Milner was getting all the plaudits, Lennon couldnt respond .

I think Frank Lampard would be aggrieved not to be in any team of the year. He wasn't in mine either because his general play was poor this year. However, he scored another mountain of goals. But I went with one defensive or box to box in Fletcher and with Fabregas as the offensive one, who was better than Lampard, far more influential overall.

Murphy is a great shout, he has been Fulhams key man this year. I would probably have Lampard in there instead of Fletcher as well. Malouda is effective to be sure, but I don't think he's as good a footballer as his stats suggest.
