we are short of central midfielders with hudd being ruled out of sunderland with a reoccurence of hiss ankle.

daws is out and younes should fill in for him. but the dilemma is with midfielders. think livermore might have to play central midfield for us.

Yes Livermore may be a good option. He may go with Modric & Kranjcar though (Bale & Bentley on flanks) as although they are both forward thinking players they may be able to combine with one going forward & the other staying back. Bit of a worry as its a must win game.

I hope King along with Palacios or Hudd is back for the semi final as Kaboul cup tied!

Of all the teams going for 4th we certainly seem to be having the worst luck with injuries!

Personally I dont think either of those two options will materialise, I certainly expect EG to start in midfield. Infact its a no brainer for me given his experience and maturity.

I'm bricking it at the prospect of Kaboul at the back. He's concentration is lacking and he goes a-wandering far to often. Alarmingly he get's too far forwards and out os position like an early career Rio Ferdinand.

Not optimistic...
