Luciano Galletti?

It's been reported that spurs want Luciano Galletti from Atletico Madrid who is a winger. But what happened to this petrov? Surley from what most people on this forum has said that he is a class player so why go for a player who cant get into the Atletico Madrid team?

But i could be wrong about Galletti as i have never heard of him before, so what do think of him or are you as baffled as i am? COYS!!!

Yes, I'm getting a little restless aswell, I think it crucial to how good we do this year that we sign another two or three top players.

I don't know why he hasn't signed Sorin/Trabelsi when they were available (Sorin still is, as he turned baulton down) and put a wad of cash in front of clubs for Petrov, Riquelme and other players that would make our squad really formidable.

I think Ayala would also be a good addition. I think we're probably okay with the forwards, as we've got three young players who could all potentially give good cover this year. If Dixon is in the Ireland squad already surely he's a player who could come in. And Pekhart is supposed to be the next hot thing aswell. Barney could maybe do well too.

galetti is a right winger for a start, unless he's considering lennon for the left or in the hole, i don't know why we need another right winger especially when routy can't get in the team. we may well be talking to athletico but it won't be about him. in some ways i'm disapointed about our lack of a left winger, but atleast it shows that we won't accept inferior players. I still think it's odd we haven't bought someone in as we knew last summer we needed a left winger. maybe we're waiting for bridge to become available.

I was about to say "hope we're not thinking of Bridge on the left wing" but actually Ekotto would do well in that position, looks good going forward, with Bridge in at wing back. Nice.
