You are right.

Soon we will have too many appreciation threads on here.

And no Keano 10, that is not an excuse to post.

haha.

Lennon will be a superstar. the prem's best winger.

does anyone else think that Downing's only in the squad because of the boro connection?

NO i think the squad is going in the right direction. SWP and Lennon on the right and Downing and Kieron on the left. That in itself is a statement of intent.

Good point about Cole. I don't think he's a true left winger. There is something not right about him. He obviously has talent no doubt. But I would rather start Richardson or Downing and only one of Gerrard and Lampard.

I have a horrible feeling though he will start with Gerrard on the right...

How long is Lennon's contract? I'm afraid some continental biggie or the Moskowite might try to pinch him.

If he continues his blistering progress, i wouldn't sell him for £30 million.

Sign him up for 12 years with automatic annual wage adjustment. Then put in a 50 million buy-out clause.

He's a Gem out of nowhere....I remember wen we signed him no1 really`knew how good he was and were excited about routledge more and now he may be the best signing we made in the last two years. We'll see how well assou-ekotto plays as he may turn out to be a gem also!
