Hear great things about him. I personally only remember him from the last world cup where he was outstanding. I remember looking out for stilian petrov and seeing this other petrov standing out a mile. Blistering pace and a great dribbler, a real threat if I remember correctly.
Some of the other guys have been saying that he is a good crosser too.

Voted Downing. In an ideal world.
Chimbo - £5m
Downing - £6.5m
Mido - £3.5m
All 3 for a combined fee of arounf £13-15m. All 3 of them for CArrick, what a bargin!
Sorted and bring on the Bolton scum.

That's not an ideal world, that's a very big possibility. I hope we can do better than that.
For me Trablesi, Sorin, Ayala, Petrov, and Mido would be ideal. Sign them and we'll have a serious chance of the title, I guarantee it.
Another thought would be sign Ayala, Sorin, Riquelme and go to wing backs. I really feel that somebody with the pace of Lennon can be equally effective as a wing back. That team and squad in my opinion would also challenge for the title.
Very important time this in the transfer market. I voted for Petrov, because I think he'd add the most to our side right now.

Chimbo is the 1 i would take if only 1 from that list. RB was a real problem for us last season and salty cost us a CL place. chimbonda is an excellent all round RB who is great offensively and would help achieve more stability in the team and a good solid platform from which to attack

Voted Petrov but basically if we can get any decent left winger it will really help the balance of our side and take the pressure of Lennon who will be a marked man this season.

Exactly my thought. We need a good left winger, there's a few we could use, but Petrov seems to be the best option..

Voted for Downing, could have been Bridge but Etto seems to have solved the l.b. problem.

We'll have to get a food LW. Out of those listed, I chose Petrov, but I'm also keen on Babel.
