Right, with only a handfull of games left and the prospect of European football still very much alive - I think we all agree that it's been a season beyond expectations already (despite where we may actually finish) we've seen some great games and performances and some fantastic new young talent emerging.

So here's what I'm thinking - can you all give your 6 nominations for spurs player of the season. We can then get Neil/Macspurs to consolidate the entries and then run the official THFC TALK.COM official poll for player of the season

(If we do this without attached comments, it'll probably be easier for them to collate)

so mine are:

Robinson
King
Dawson
Carrick
Lennon
Keane

I agree with your nominations!!

-Keane
-Jenas
-Carrick
-Lennon
-Dawson

That's my six, but I think we should put up 11 players to vote for, why just 6?

I'm no expert but I don't think you can do a poll on these things with more than 10 options - so I just took an executive decision to choose top 6 - makes it slightly harder than top 3

I wondered about Mido - for me it was a toss-up between Mido / Daws / Carrick for the last two places, but over the season Daws and Carrick get the nod...

i'd say Dawson. his performance has been steady and increasing since the start of the season. he's a dependable halfback now.

Whats happening with this Neil?

Just been on the Spurs site and cast my vote. Looks like Robbie Keane is out in front by a long way, with Dawson in second and Carrick and Robbo behind him.

MICHAEL DAWSON! Absolutely class. If King misses the world cup, dawson must go. His tackle against van nistlerooy summed his season up. Quality
