Erik Thorstvedt

Carr Popescu Bassong Ossie

Modric Corluka Palacios Ginola

Klinsmann Keane

I'd put Berbac*nt in if he always played like his first season, but second season and since then he's been a cancerous lazy f*ck, who isn't as good as Tevez, Keane, Defoe etc. for me. Players with talent and a proper attitude. Keane has had six brilliant years with spurs and more to come I'm sure so he gets my vote.

Bassong is a new player but I cant' think of anyone else and I think he'll be a great player for us. We've always had English centre halfs and Kaboul was shit, even though he had potential if he ironed out his flaws. Maybe I'm forgetting someone other than GARY DOHERTY!

Vega, Vega!!!!

Crap footballer, worse centre half but a top bloke. Works in the financial markets now with great success.

Eliminating scottish and irish limits the quality somewhat in defence but here goes...

-----------Erik the Viking----------

-Van Den Hauwe--Popescu --Ziege-

Nayim--Ardiles--Davids--Villa--Ginola

-------Klinsmann--Berbatov--------

Take all those players in their prime. You get trophies for breakfast!

Are you talking about Carr?

Irish aren't British except for that chunk of land you still haven't given back! Yet another example of the arrogance.

Not my rules mate, the idea was to exclude the home nations. I was actually referring to not being able to pick Mackay and Hughton.

Fair enough. Was Hughton better than Carr? I thought Stevie Carr was a great player back in the day.

Mackay was a pick I'd have wanted too.

Before his big injury Carr was fantastic yeah. But Chrissy H is a genuine Spurs ledge. Nearly 400 appearences over a decade, undeniable ledge.

DAVIDS. How could I forget Davids? Every club he went to were or become contenders due to him being such a winner.
